LAST WEEK a few days before Easter, I received a message from AusPost telling me "Your delivery from FINSBURY GREEN S.A is on its way". The email looks genuine. I know it was. It's not the first time I received similar emails from them for delivery updates. But I hadn't placed any order recently. Nor had my family members. Strange.
Today I got an AusPost text that my parcel is coming. So might be a surprise from anyone, I thought. I'd just take it to see what it is. Ended up collecting it from my local PO as there was an "attempted delivery" which I missed. As if still trying to keep the secret to the furthest extent possible, there was no sender details on the packaging! Except that Finsbury Green SA thing which I have googled to make us none the wiser! So, guess what it is? Hastily tearing off the flap down fumbling into the smaller than A4 paper-size parcel, I was right.
I didn't order it. Nor did anyone at home. It was the CPA commemorative pin from CPA Australia. I received this already maybe 10 years ago. But this time, upon reading the letter, it's got 2 stones on it with each stone representing 10 years of membership with CPA Australia. Ohh... what a dual stone pin that managed to put us in suspense for the entire Holy Week! Praise the Lord 🙏!!
